History is history

My history likes to play with my present. Old things and events are popping up althought thaey should have stayed in archives for a year or even two. But they make waves on the sea level or they even muddy the bottom of the sea.

Thought No.7 of Giving thanks, giving gifts: choose imagination.

Let the history stays in the history. Let yourself into the unlimited imagination and leave the past and the past experiences in the past. Don't let that something from the past restrain your development. Imagination is open for all ideas, for all fresh and magnificant experiences and realisations. Jump into the imagination - you will notice that it has no end, no limitations.

Enjoy!

Everyone

Everyone is someone. Everyone lives their own story; everyone walks through life as a student in his own school. What do you think about others? Colleagues, unknown people, co-workers, good friends, relatives, faces on tv? Everyone is someone.

Giving thanks, giving gifts No. 6: everyone.

I see people around me as my teachers. They can always teach me something for my life, no matter if they are kids with whom I work with, their parents, people I know or not. Especially kids teach me a lot about values, dreams, big goals, patience, curiosity, openness, trust; and more and more. In the world of adults there's a lot covered by veil of fear from vulnerability. We protect ourselves from the others so that we lock ourselves in our own cage and limit ourselves to discover new world.

Therefore my wish for you today is, that the holiday season brings back to you your trust into the others, and the understanding that we can learn new from everyone, even our enemies.

Sky

Do you ever look at the sky – what do you think then? What means the sky to you? Does the sky inspire you or are you afraid of its greatness?

Giving thanks, giving gifts No.5: unlimited sky.

What if the sky is you? What kind of feelings would you get? And what kind of weather would cross under you? Drama clouds soak us into their stories very quickly, they scare us, make us worried. We should understand more often that we are not the weather – we are unlimited, perfect 'sky'. Weather comes and goes. It doesn't stay long. But the sky stays the same, untouched, as blue as it was.

I wish that you would be aware of your boundlessness and untouchability of your essence. Let the weather and its drama not confuse your awareness of who you really are.

With words

Sometimes I get the feeling that we use words just like that, from wherever they come from. Whatever comes out of our mouth is good enough. No saying sorry, no thinking about the words and their effects on other people; whatever we say, the listener has to accept it. Lately I find that this method became a chronical disease.

Giving thanks, giving gifts No.4: With words

Let's dedicate our time to words. Think, when we will say something and what. Words are energy. It should be positive, supportive, kind. Let the energy spread with joy, care and gentleness.

Find the words in books that inspire you and learn new words. Speak like you would read love poetry, play with the dictionary, thesaurus. Let the words become a part of you, a part of your personality.

Words and the way they sound tell the others who you really are. Do you recognize yourself in your words? What do you want to tell to the World??

Let December be a month of practicing kind words, which will echo in other people's hearts forever!

Knock - knock

How often do you notice that you don't persist long enough to get what you've planned? I noticed for myself, that I often give up waaaaay before something might have happened.

Luckily I found these wise words that now, when I'm weak, remind me to not give up.

Giving thanks, giving gifts #3: Persistence

The speed with which we drive through the days, allows us not to wait in front of the door if the door doesn't open right away. We are already at the next door, and the next, and the next. Finally, we don't pick up the door we want to knock on anymore and whom we're going to visit; we just keep knocking on every door until one of them won't open fast enough for us.

Speed is tempting, but illusory. It offers moments of pleasure and excitement, when we race from door to door. There's no time for getting angry, sad and there's no time to sit down and wait in front of the door until the door open. For some, speedy is a way they want to live, because then they don't need to go deep into inner self or think about themselves.

Therefore, if we really want something (and we know that only if we know ourselves well enough and listen to inner self), then keep on knocking, knocking, persist! It will open... - if not the door, then a window for sure!

Wishing you lots of persistence!
