This year I was inspired by nature, so my Christmas cards wear a natural look this time.
To leto me je navdihnila narava, zato moje novoletne voščilnice tokrat nosijo naravno obarvan stil.

On some there's snow, and on the others you will find shiny stars...
Nekatere je zamedel sneg, spet na drugih se lesketajo zvezde...  

You will soon be able to find them in our tiny shop.
Kmalu jih boste lahko posvojili v naši mali trgovin'ci.

I'm designing.
Oblikujem.

Why?
Zakaj?

Because I have problems with photographs. They are not harmonized with each other and with the chosen colors.
Ker mi pri friziranju nagajajo fotografije. Nočejo biti usklajene med sabo in z izbranimi barvami.

But I was told to make miracles... Hmmm...
Meni pa je naročeno, da delam čudeže... Hm...

Warmth / Toplina

Our school was in the newspapers yesterday. We're getting famous! ;)
Naša šola je bila včeraj v časopisu. Postajamo slavni! ;) 

Now that the school-year is coming to the end, I'm looking back to our days with kids and all the good and bad times that we've had. 
Sedaj, ko se šolsko leto približuje koncu, se oziram nazaj na dneve, ki smo jih z otroki preživeli - v dobrem in slabem.  

The best thing about school and working with kids is: big, warm hugs, laughter, words like 'are you ok?' and the first question I get when I come to school 'what are we going to do today?' - it's not the knowledge and not the good grades; it's the warmth in our hearts that I cherish the most in this school.
Najboljše v šoli in pri delu z otroki je: veliki, topli objemi, smeh, besede kot 'si v redu?' in vprašanje, ki ga najprej dobim, ko pridem v šolo - 'kaj bomo pa danes delali?'; - ne znanje, niti ocene; toplina v naših srcih je tisto, kar najbolj cenim v tej šoli.   

What do you cherish the most at your work place?
Kaj pa vi najbolj cenite na svojem delovnem mestu?  

Have a wonderful time during the summer holidays (if you have them)! I'll be creative and surrounded with creative kids, so I believe we will have fun! Are you joining us, too?
Želim vam lepe počitnice (če jih imate)! Moje bodo ustvarjalne in tudi med počitnicami bom obkrožena z ustvarjalnimi otroki, zato mislim, da se bomo zabavali! Pridete tudi vi? 

I can't wait / Komaj čakam

I can't wait to put myself back on my feet again and put my life into the hands of my river of life. I'm somewhere in between now, asking myself where, why and from where all those rocks came from. You can read more about it in my post at Vision & Verb blog. Any instructive comment is welcome. (I need some!) 
Komaj čakam, da se postavim pokonci in pustim moji reki življenja, da gre svojo pot. Sedaj sem nekje na pol, ko se sprašujem, kje, zakaj, od kod čeri. Več si lahko preberete v moji objavi na Vision & Verb blogu. Kakšen poučen komentar je zelo dobrodošel (- ga potrebujem!).

No matter what's happening with me, our creative Lab is working at full speed. I can't wait that we will conjure up something new and open the doors for fresh, creative energy! I can't wait, that summer holidays will start, when it will be time to dip our creative fingers in a sack of creativity, from which we will pull out extra-ordinary, original ideas. Great fun! 
Vsemu direndaju navkljub dela naš kreativni laboratorij s polno paro. Komaj čakam, da pričaramo kakšno novost in odpremo vrata sveži, ustvarjalni energiji! Komaj čakam, da se začnejo poletne počitnice, ko bomo naše ustvarjalne prste pomočili v žakelj ustvarjalnosti, iz katerega bomo privlekli nenavadne, izvirne ideje. To bo fino!

It's true... / Res je...

...that it is a beautiful spring and that there were times when I had time for sewing, but... not anymore.
...da je prelepa pomlad in da so bili dnevi, ko sem imela čas za šivanje, toda... nič več. 

Someone (not me!) has got this crazy idea to renovate the whole house! So, here we are, working on this big project day and night, before I go to work, after I go to work, no time for any free time, no time for breathing...
Nekdo (jaz že ne!) je prišel na idejo, da bi prenovili celo hišo! In tako smo tu, zaposleni z velikim projektom podnevi in ponoči, pred službo in po  njej, nobenega prostega časa, niti časa za dihanje... 

Would you believe me that I have fun?! My studio has moved into another room and is half way finished. I'm so excited! Many more rooms with big changes are on the go...
Bi mi verjeli, če vam povem, da se zabavam? Moj studio se je preselil v drug prostor in je na pol dokončan. Čisto sem navdušena! Še veliko prostorov z velikimi spremembami pa se koplje v počasni preobrazbi.  

Tiring, but inspiring :) - It seems like I'm not just cleaning our house, but am cleaning my inner self too. It's a hard work, I guess.
Utrujajoče, a navdihujoče :) - Izgleda, da ne prečiščujem samo hiše, temveč očiščujem tudi notranjost sebe. Težko delo, bi rekla.

So, this blog is a bit lonely these days... :(
Zato je ta blog te dni bolj osamljen... :(
